GLUING SYSTEM FOR EDGEBANDING MACHINE with premelter and roller
The system is supplied on a base fixed to the ground or mounted directly on the machine.
It consists of a polyurethane glue Teflon container in which you can load two loaves of 2 kg each, sealed and pressurized with dry air.
At the base of the container is present a fusion system which allows the glue to directly feed the applicator roller by controlling the flow through a pneumatic solenoid valve.
The temperature of the glue roller is controlled independently from the melting area.
A tracer place in front of the spreader roller avoids direct contact to the panel with the roller itself.
The tilt of the group is automatically locked at the end of the panel.
The amount of glue in the rear part of the roller is about 10 grams and before turning off the edge banding machine is sufficient to remove it by placing a spatula to the roller as it rotates.
THIS OPERATION IS PERFORMED IN A FEW SECONDS.
The application of a small amount of solidified wax, directly on the roll, allows to leave the machine also switched off for long periods.
